King & Spalding Pilots CURO’s 360M $ Heights Finance Buy

By Charlie Innis (Nov 17, 2021, 3:28 p.m. EST) – CURO, a lending platform guided by King & Spalding LLP, on Wednesday announced plans to buy Troutman Pepper-led Heights Finance from a private equity firm for $ 360 million to expand its customer base.

The agreement provides that CURO Group Holdings Corp. is buying Heights Finance, a consumer finance company, for $ 335 million in cash and $ 25 million in CURO common stock from Pennsylvania-based Milestone Partners, according to an announcement.
