GROVER GAMING ACQUIRES NEXLEVEL GAMING
the Ohio The Attorney General’s office is in the process of licensing manufacturers and distributors of instant electronic bingo devices as well as charities, fraternities and other non-profit organizations that will use the devices in Ohio.

Grover Gaming was already licensed by the Ohio Office of the Attorney General as the Bingo Supplies Manufacturer and has applied for the separate Distributor License and Electronic Instant Bingo Approval for each of these licenses. Under the new law, the Ohio The Attorney General’s Office cannot issue any Electronic Instant Bingo license until April 1st.

While acting both as a manufacturer and distributor in OhioGrover has previously said he won’t require any long-term commitments from charities and fraternal organizations of Ohio. “We won’t be asking charities to sign contracts,” Forrest said, “We want to continue to win their customers by providing the best games in the charity gaming space and delivering world-class service.”
